here is the wording for the transfers:

Tickets for this show are available for pick up only the night of the show, no tickets will be mailed out.  Ticket purchasers must be in line with their guest the night of the show & must go into the venue immediately.  There are ABSOLUTELY no transfers of tickets for this show except for parents purchasing for their child.  IF you are a parent purchasing for a child you must have either the same last name or the same address as your child (names and/or addresses must match on government issued photo ID from both parent & child).  If you are purchasing for your child and wish to transfer the tickets to them you must contact the Troubadour in advance in order to learn how to transfer your tickets.  Please e-mail jc@troubadour.com on information on how to transfer these tickets.
