As I laid in my living room over winter-break of 07' boxer-clad and sprawled, creating the first song I would claim under "An Illustrated Attempt", I thought to myself "I need to just record all this myself-so I did-and I found out that I loved the whole process. So now, in waves, comes these moods of writing, recording, reading, mixing, mastering,- and the occasional show during which I first used me, my guitar, and a laptop, but now I have an old friend cracking on the drums with me.
