THE ABSENCE to support Amon Amarth on Twilight of the Thunder God North American tour!
Tampa, FL’s THE ABSENCE will be hitting the road in support of their latest Metal Blade release Riders of the Plague this fall on the Twilight of the Thunder God North American tour. The Absence will be joining label mates Amon Amarth as well as Helsinki folk-metal act Ensiferum, and Austrian blackened death metal band Belphegor.

Here’s what the band has to say: “This tour has such a diverse line up for metal. The Absence offers metal done melodically with a twist of thrash, Belphegor is one of those black metal bands that are very much underrated, Ensiferum has that epic sound that’s hard to deny, and Amon Amarth has been writing classic albums for years now. I speak for The Absence when I say that we have been waiting to tour with Amon Amarth since we signed with Metal Blade Records.
